Is this Zillow? Who calls you? How sure is the number? Short answers.
The straight
answers
No. Zillow's Zestimate is free because Zillow makes money sending you to a Premier Agent. We charge for the report because we don't. There is no agent network behind this product.
No one. We don't share your phone number or email with agents. The no-spam promise is not a marketing line. It is the whole product.
Median error is 3–5% for typical single-family homes in standard markets. Mortgage lenders use this class of model to underwrite real loans. Every report comes with a range, so you know how far to trust your number. Odd cases, like rural homes, unique designs or a new remodel, get wider ranges. The report says so.
You get the projected price with a range and a 36-month affordability forecast. You get your ZIP's market grade and price history, school ratings, flood and crime data, and the tax assessment. A plain-English note explains where the number comes from. A PDF and a shareable image come with it. The Pro Report also adds a 24-hour AI chat for follow-up questions and a buyer or seller view.
Yes, if the report fails to build or has plain bad data, like a wrong room count or lot size. Email us within 7 days and we refund you. We can't refund “I disagreed with the number”, because the number is the product.
Yes, separately. If you are an agent, you can pull the same report inside the Contre app.
Are you an agent? Pull the same report inside the Contre app .
You know how
this usually goes.
You search “what's my home worth”. The first three results are agents who will text you for the next four months. The next three are sites that sell your phone number to those same agents. Even Zillow's free Zestimate is a Trojan horse, since they make money sending you to a Premier Agent.
We sell property reports. The whole report, not just the number.
Order a report. We run your home through the same kind of valuation model that mortgage lenders and big investors use to price home loans. The median error is 3–5% on typical single-family homes. You get the projected price with a range, so you know how much to trust it. You also get the 36-month forecast, school ratings, flood and crime data, and a plain-English note on where the number comes from.
Then we leave you alone. We don't sell your email. We have no agents waiting in the wings. We have no premium tier that is really a way to meet a Realtor. The product is the product.
If you want to talk to an agent, we point you to a few in your area on the report. If you don't, we never mention them again.
