Contre × SkySlope

Works alongside the system
your brokerage already uses.

SkySlope tells you whether a document was uploaded. Contre tells you what’s inside it.

The Contre Process

Four beats.
Every transaction.

Contre runs the same loop on every deal — from the moment a document lands in Contre until everyone on the file has what they need.

  1. 01
    Upload

Your agents keep working in SkySlope.

No workflow change. Your agents keep filing in SkySlope, and the transaction documents get uploaded to Contre for analysis — listing agreements, HOA packets, inspection reports, title commitments, addenda. A direct SkySlope sync is in development; today it is a straightforward upload.

  2. 02
    Analyze

Contre reads every page of every doc.

OCR pulls the text. AI extracts the dates, the parties, the dollar amounts, the contingencies. Then it cross-checks each document against the others, against your brokerage rules, and against federal and state compliance requirements — including NAR Settlement buyer-agency timing.

  3. 03
    Return

Reports land where your team can grab them.

Summary PDFs, transaction timelines, and compliance audit logs are generated for every transaction and kept together in one place, ready to download or file alongside your other records. SkySlope stays the system of record. Writing reports back into SkySlope automatically is part of the planned integration, not something Contre does today.

  4. 04
    Notify

The right humans get the right alerts.

Listing agent, managing broker, or TC — you decide who gets paged and when. Emails arrive with the summary attached and a one-click link to the full report. Nothing moves automatically: every flag is human-reviewed before anyone else sees it. The AI surfaces. A human decides.

What changes when you connect Contre

More than
a checklist.

SkySlope stays the system of record. Contre adds the AI intelligence layer — substance-level review, cross-document consistency, and a compliance audit trail that holds up to scrutiny.

01Checklists verify presence

Checklists verify presence. Contre verifies substance.

SkySlope tells you whether a document was uploaded. Contre tells you what it actually says, whether dates agree, whether amounts match, whether disclosures are complete.

  • SkySlope can confirm a purchase agreement was uploaded.
  • Contre can tell you the closing date in the purchase agreement is 30 days out.
  • Contre can tell you the financing contingency in the addendum references a different property address.
  • Contre can tell you three documents in the file have conflicting earnest money figures.

02A human decides

Nothing moves automatically.

Every flag routes to the managing broker or TC first.

  • One click to dismiss with a note, one click to escalate.
  • No agent is notified, no client sees anything, nothing leaves the brokerage until a human decides.

  • One dashboard. Every active deal.

Every deadline, every contingency, every flagged issue across your open transactions — ranked by what’s closing soonest. Your managing broker’s morning starts with the file that needs eyes today, not a hunt through SkySlope.

  • Three-layer compliance.

Federal (Fair Housing, RESPA, NAR Settlement), state-specific (disclosure forms, agency rules, timing), and brokerage-specific rules you define yourself. You control what gets enforced.

  • NAR Settlement built-in.

Buyer-representation agreement timing, written disclosure language, and first-property-access requirements are flagged automatically — one of the highest-priority checks in the system.

  • Twelve-month audit trail.

Every issue flagged, every resolution, every dismissal with reviewer reasoning. A defensible record for E&O carriers, broker review, and audit requests.

  • BrokerageCore: your AI, on your forms.

A chatbot trained on your brokerage’s policies, forms library, and state-specific addenda. Agents ask the questions they used to text the managing broker at 9pm — and get sourced, accurate answers.

  • Start today. Zero workflow change.

No software to install, no IT project, no migration — keep SkySlope as your system of record and upload transaction documents to Contre. Most brokerages have their first transaction analyzed within 24 hours of signing up. Direct SkySlope sync via API is in development.

The plumbing

Built on top,
not around.

  • How you get startedNo software. No IT project.
    • A direct SkySlope sync is in development. Today you upload documents to Contre and keep SkySlope as your system of record.
    • There is nothing to install on your team’s machines. Contre runs entirely server-side.
    • Most brokerages have their first transaction analyzed within twenty-four hours of signing — upload the file and Contre goes to work.
  • What goes in, what comes outDocuments in, intelligence out.
    • Every PDF in the transaction — purchase agreements, addenda, disclosures, inspection reports, title commitments, HOA packets, loan docs — can be uploaded to Contre for analysis.
    • Summary PDFs, transaction timelines, and compliance check logs come back in one place, ready to download or file with the rest of your records.
    • Your own forms library can be loaded in so Contre enforces YOUR document standards, not generic ones.
  • Security & data isolationYour data is not the product.
    • Your subscription is the revenue model. Your contracts, policies, and compliance history are never sold, shared, or used to train other brokerages’ AI.
    • Each brokerage runs in its own isolated environment. No cross-brokerage visibility, ever.
    • Enterprise-grade encryption in transit and at rest. Access controls and audit logs on by default.

Questions

Questions from
SkySlope brokerages

  • No. SkySlope stays as the system of record for transactions, e-signatures, and document checklists. Contre works alongside it as an AI intelligence layer: you upload transaction documents to Contre and it reads, cross-checks, and reports on them. Your agents don’t change how they use SkySlope.

  • Today you upload transaction documents to Contre directly. There is no software to install and no internal IT project required, and you never have to stop using SkySlope — it stays your system of record. A direct SkySlope sync that pulls documents across automatically is in development and is not available yet. You can join the early access list to be notified when it ships.

  • Any PDF you upload to Contre — purchase agreements, addenda, amendments, seller disclosures, inspection reports, title commitments, HOA documents, loan documents, representation agreements, and counteroffers. The pipeline handles scanned and handwritten documents, not just native digital PDFs.

  • SkySlope confirms whether a document was uploaded. Contre reads what the document says and whether what it says is correct, consistent, and compliant. Example: SkySlope can confirm a purchase agreement was uploaded. Contre can tell you the closing date in the purchase agreement is 30 days out, the financing contingency in the addendum references a different property address, and three documents in the file have conflicting earnest money figures. Checklists verify presence. Contre verifies substance.

  • Three layers: federal (Fair Housing Act, RESPA, NAR Settlement buyer-agency compliance), state (your state’s property disclosure requirements, agency rules, timing requirements), and brokerage-specific rules you define. Your own forms library can be loaded in as the baseline. You control what rules Contre enforces.

  • Yes. Contre flags missing or non-compliant buyer representation disclosures, checks timing requirements relative to first property access where your state specifies them, and surfaces buyer agency agreement language that doesn’t meet current requirements. Given the compliance risk exposure, it’s one of the highest-priority checks in the system.

  • Nothing happens automatically based on a flag — a human always reviews first. If a flag is wrong, it can be dismissed in one click with a note explaining why. That reasoning is preserved in the audit log. Contre is designed to surface issues for human judgment, not to take automated action.

  • 12 months by default. The audit log captures every issue flagged, every resolution, every dismissal — with the reviewer’s reasoning attached. This creates a defensible documentation trail for E&O purposes and broker review requirements.

  • Minimally. They interact with BrokerageCore (a chatbot they can ask questions to, the same way they’d text the managing broker) and per-transaction alerts. They don’t manage a separate pipeline or re-enter data. Compliance monitoring runs in the background once a transaction’s documents are in Contre.

  • Most AI tools fail adoption because they ask agents to change how they work. Contre works the opposite way. Documents get uploaded once and the compliance monitoring runs in the background — agents keep using SkySlope exactly as they do now and get emails with links to each report. That’s the entire ask. The BrokerageCore chatbot is opt-in and replaces something agents already do: texting the managing broker at 9pm with form questions. The tool comes to your team. They don’t have to go to it.

  • Contre doesn’t replace your TC — it gives them leverage. Right now your TC is manually cross-referencing dates, amounts, and parties across 10–15 documents per transaction. Contre surfaces those findings automatically, so review starts from a compiled set of findings instead of a blank page. Same TC, more capacity, fewer errors — they stop doing data entry and focus on the judgment calls that actually need their expertise.

  • General-purpose AI like ChatGPT isn’t secured for contract data — in many states, uploading private contract information to a general LLM exposes the brokerage to fines, and those models use the data to train themselves. Contre is built specifically for real estate transaction data: secured, isolated, never used to train general models. And it’s trained on your brokerage’s forms and your state’s requirements, not generic real estate knowledge.

  • You can start the same day. There is no software to install — upload a transaction’s documents and Contre begins analyzing them. BrokerageCore setup, loading your forms library and configuring your compliance rules, is typically completed on day one with Contre’s onboarding team assisting. Note that the direct SkySlope sync is still in development, so it is not part of setup today.

  • Every price for agents and brokerages is on our pricing page, at contre.ai/pricing, and it is kept up to date there. Brokerages never pay per seat, and your agents’ clients never pay.

  • No. Every brokerage on Contre has completely isolated data. Your documents, your policies, your transactions, and your compliance history are never visible to or shared with other brokerages. BrokerageCore is trained exclusively on your materials.

  • Your brokerage’s data is removed from active systems when you close the account — you’re not locked in. One thing worth knowing: Contre maintains a 12-month compliance and audit record, so brokerages who’ve been on the platform a while often want to export or preserve the audit trail before cancellation for E&O and broker-review purposes. Our team can walk through the export options whenever you need.
